Moved from store operations to first line IT helpdesk for stores, then promoted through supervisor to manager of a team of 15 support staff supporting 200+ HMV stores around UK and Ireland.

After arriving in the UK I worked in music retail shop-floor roles starting at HMV Oxford Circus before taking a team-leader role for the setup and opening of HMV Brent Cross. I was promoted to as Assistant Store Manager at the medium-sized HMV Richmond and then at HMV Croydon (super-store).
