Working alongside Gardiner & Theobold in the major redevelopment and expansion of one of the original anchor tenant buildings on the wharf for Hines. This multi occupier building will be a step change for wharf office space with dual aspect roof gardens of both the city and local districts. The design intent is to create a new ground floor that is both an exemplar multi tenant reception and a destination venue to external building users as a meeting and shopping location. New structural extensions to the upper floors will give an expanded letable area with full landlord core and lift fit-out. This late 80’s building that has remained in full occupation by Morgan Stanley since, is setting new standards in wharf design and functionality.

Working in Jersey on the private banking suite for Societie General. Managing the delivery and logistical challenges of working on the Island, forward planning was the key to the successful delivery.Closing out historic fitout projects for the Special Projects division, defect periods and final invoicing.

I started with Como as a project manager on a fast track heavy shell and core project for Universal Music. From there I went on to undertake a new build sports facility on a brown field site in Dartford. upon completion I started up a new division within the business focusing on repeat business clients across all sectors.Now a senior project manager leading project teams across a range of contracts, I am responsible for managing business oppertunities, tender and post interview processes, structure of the project delivery including site teams, design coordination elements, client and professional team relationships and reporting.Key clients have been Goverment department frameworks manageing work as far as away as Pretoria SA, Global HQ fit-outs for the international brewer SAB Miller and many FTSE top 20 companies.
