As Head Coach my role is to cover all aspects of the running of the team including player recruitment and signing of roster, game and season tactical set up, sponsorship recruitment, day to day running of the team, junior player progression into the men's teams in Bracknell.Taking over the role in January 2019, job involved moving junior players into the senior team for player progression and seeing the team through to the end of the season.

South West England

Head Coach of Junior Age Groups (U9-13) My role involves all aspects of player and netminder development, recruitment and retention within these key age groups, maximising participation with the goal of producing high level players to progress through the upper age groups of GJIHC and on to the Guildford Flames professional team. Also involved is coach recruitment, coach development, ice time management, session planning for all age groups and game management.

As Head Coach of the Guildford U10's age group I am in charge of the running of everything from player recruitment and retention to game day coaching and coordination. The U10 age group is often looked at as the most important age group of any development program, and for this reason I believe it is imperative that throughout this role tailored session delivery is used to aid the core skill development of all tactical, technical, emotional and strategic aspects of the game which are relevant to this age group.
