Employed specifically to bring the design and production of the company’s psychometric test portfolio in-house. Worked with psychologists, editors and printers to take products from conception to delivery in a wide range of materials form acetate to premium paper-over-board. By 1999 I was managing a small team of designers.

Independently managed and ran a wheelchair-accessible narrowboat for disabled and disadvantaged children. Duties included managing the bookings, skippering and supervision of the groups using the boat, production of publicity and booking materials, boat maintenance, training staff and relief crew, and marketing of the service to schools and community groups.
