Managed daily facility operations for a 36,000 square foot office and datacenter complex. Responsibilities included power, HVAC, uninterruptible power systems, emergency generators, physical security, physical network infrastructure and general building maintenance. * Acted as general contractor for the renovation of the building acquired for the Somerset datacenter. Supervised construction, mechanical, and electrical contractors through all phases of construction and represented the company in all dealings with the local municipal authorities.* Managed multiple critical power infrastructure upgrades with limited interruption to daily operations and no impact to clients.
