Roles:- Scheduling, coordinating and managing modification and preventive/corrective maintenance projects, including: > a major preventive maintenance project on the ship-to-shore LNG Loading Arm using outsourced third party manpower > a major corrective maintenance project - reinforcement of 3x HRSG diverter damper hinges using outsourced third party manpower > a major modification project - installation of 3x HRSG diverter damper 1.5T counterweights using outsourced third party manpower- Preparation for other major upcoming projects, including: > Steam turbine generator rotor removal- Procurement of Technical Spares in timely manner- Follow up on Tender Adjudication and Project Execution- Engineering, procuring, presenting best offer, executing and commissioning various other small/medium sized projects around the power plant- Executing and Supervising all maintenance planned parallel to Major Outages in close coordination with separate contractors - creating and issuing related work orders, ensuring availability of related spare parts, technical advising and supervising by personal presence during the work execution.- Follow up on day to day operations and plant performance review- Collaborate in the preparation of operators OPEX and CAPEX yearly budgets- Active promotion of a safety culture during any works around the plant- Daily use of MAXIMO Asset Management, including preparation of new work orders, risk assessments, method statements, creation of preventive maintenance (PMs) tasks and preparation of purchase requests

Roles:- EPC Warranty coordinator - overseeing implementation, closure, follow up meetings with EPC contractor- Heat Recovery System Generator (HRSG) Major Outage Coordinator (3 x 10 week projects) - Procurement of Technical Spares in timely manner- Follow up on Tender Adjudication and Project Execution- Engineering, procuring, presenting best offer, executing and commissioning various projects around the power plant- Executing and Supervising all maintenance planned parallel to Major Outages in close coordination with separate contractors - creating and issuing related work orders, ensuring availability of related spare parts, technical advising and supervising by personal presence during the work execution.- Daily use of MAXIMO Asset Management

Supporting the Senior Engineers with any executive work, technical meetings, documentation, correspondence and calculations. Keeping a strong focus on Delimara 4 CCGT plant reliability and availability, performance and cost control, while assisting to provide inputs for new technical actions including requests for proposals, scope of works, technical appendixes and issuing functional specifications.Following technical issues arising within Delimara 4 CCGT plant while coordinating and scheduling Delimara 4 CCGT plant outage activities.Carrying out technical inspections of works carried out during plant outages and technical/quality inspections of equipment/material required for major works, at the place of manufacture. Coordination of warranty claims with EPC contractor.

This role revolves around executing projects in a timely, safe, within budget and in accordance to contract specifications. Throughout the job, I played a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed, as well as coordinating all relevant inputs, such as people, plant and processes, ensuring correct outputs.An everyday task was to plan all aspects of the projects under my responsibility, from inception to post completion including costing, design installation, commissioning and handing over, together with reviewing work load schedules and communication with the Department Manager when issues are envisaged will also form part of your duties.The job itself varied between office work and site coordination and therefore involves preparation of monthly reports, as well as coordination with all stakeholders including clients, suppliers, contractors and managers. Whilst monitoring projects progress against deadline targets and compliance of H&S in accordance with best practice and legal requirement, I worked hard to create new project opportunities within and outside the contract scope. I was also responsible for designing systems, identifying and working to remove barriers to successfully complete the overall project.

This opportunity included exposure in relation to:The maintenance planning, scheduling, monitoring, work package preparation and control for customer aircrafts;The monitoring of overall job cards and aircraft engineering open issues for a particular layover;The preparation of reports and / or follow engineering issues;The definition of recovery plans as a result of unforeseen findings during the layover maintenance schedule.I attended the Weight and Balance for Airbus and Boeing Course, which I passed, and I also attended a General Familiarisation Course on Airbus A330-200/300, A340-200/300 and A340-500/600.
