He has worked with over forty organizations in various industries providing appraisal, training, and process implementation services using the Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) Institute’s sponsored CMMI Development and Services and CMM frameworks. He is a CMMI Institute certified Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) v1.3 Lead Appraiser for both CMMI-Development and CMMI-Services versions 1.3 and has led CMMI SCAMPI A, B, and C appraisals with numerous major corporations and small companies.
