Responsible for technical and financial delivery of engineering on this $2.1 billion project. Project includes a central plant consisting of 46 mmbtu heating and 5,900 tons of cooling. I was the Lead Mechanical engineer for sizing, selection, and detailed design of the (2) 1.5 MW gas fired cogeneration system including heat recovery for domestic hot water, heating hot water, and an absorption chiller. The facility also includes 4MW of Emergency Generators, 4 MW of batteries, and 688 kW solar PV integrated into the switchgear to provide the facility with exceptional redundancy and peak shaving capabilities. Two data centers at 650kw and 125kw utilize Liebert DSE systems to leverage free cooling when the weather allows.Prior to 2015: Project Manager for all projects won by the MEP Engineering group ($2.5 million per year). Responsible Engineer for HVAC design on various steam, data center, and pharmaceutical projects. -
