Functional leadership to Cameron Process Systems sales and proposal teams worldwide in the development of client proposals for the Oil and Gas processing industry. The division provides topside systems for treatment of oil, gas and produced water in onshore and offshore oilfield locations. I provide guidance and strategic oversight to sales and execution strategies to focus on key client opportunities including process design and cost estimating. Continued profit improvement has come from developing low cost sourcing models in China and India. I provide leadership to the project teams to improve financial performance and on time delivery. The role supports the global sales organization and provides data to management for S&OP forecasts for resource planning. As this was a new role, global standards have been created to maximize efficient proposal generation and reduce cycle time for bids. Further the group has implemented a stage gate process to allow for better screening of opportunities, correct technical designs and governance on bid margins.

Design, construction and commissioning of the West of Shetlands MEG reclamation project. Construction of three onshore modules for pretreatment, regeneration and desalination of MEG for the West of Shetlands development. The overall package design is for approximately 900 tonnes and UCP for the plant.

CPS provides turn-key process equipment packages and modules to the oil and gas industry including gas dehydrartion, MEG reclamation, CO2 and Amine Gas processing, Oil treatment and dehydration and produced water treatment.

Project Manager for a major Brazil supply contract to provide 3 process modules for oil and gas processing. The project included a complete gas dehydration module and two crude oil processing modules. The modules totalled more than 3600 metric tonnes.

In 2004 Cameron purchased the Unicel technology to enhance their product portfolio. As part of the integration I peformed product design input and moved into the proposals manager position.

Responsible for establishing operations for the Unicel produced water company in Houston to pursue GOM and International business presence for marketing and design of an industry leading vertical gas flotation technology. Development lead to industry recognition as advanced processing technology and widely accepted as industry leading technology for floating production applications. Increased product offering with the development of enhanced hydrocyclone designs.
