Everyone at Cleanaway has an incredibly important role to play, by working together to make Cleanaway the best at waste management and by making waste circular we make that sustainable future possible for future generations – what could be more important than that!Graduating as a Chemical Engineer, I joined Shell where I started my career and spent 18 years and loved every minute. With the highlight being to lead the Shell Geelong Refinery team. Then it was onto Origin Energy where I had the privilege of leading the amazing Integrated Gas team on a journey of beating US shale. In August 2021 I joined Cleanaway Waste Management Limited (ASX: CWY) as CEO and Managing Director.I am passionate about creating highly inclusive high performing teams that recognize everyone’s individuality and that encourage everyone to bring their whole self to work.
