I raised $250K (AUD) to fund the delivery of the Australia Vietnam Young Leadership Dialogue (AVYLD) a Track-2 diplomacy dialogue between high potential young people in Australia and Vietnam.AVYLD is an independent non-profit initiative that was established to nurture relationships, promote engagement and incubate collaboration between Australian and Vietnamese young leaders from a broad spectrum of society. Through people to people links, we believe the bilateral relationship between Australia and Vietnam can be strengthened to contribute to the development of each respective nation.

- Role involved providing authoritative policy advice and support to the Premier of Victoria and senior Victorian Ministers.- Responsible for leading and contributing to projects and policy development relating to the role and powers of ministers, effective public administration and the management of the public sector in Victoria.- Drafted policy briefs and other documentation that were relied on by the Premier and Ministers in making decisions relating to the operations and effectiveness of the Victorian Government and Public Service.

Responsible for leading a team of lawyers and consultants to deliver legal and consulting services, focused on Indirect Taxes and Workplace matters, to both government and corporate clients.

Position involved providing legal advice to major corporate and government clients, with a focus on corporate and indirect tax matters.Exceptional performance resulted in my promotion to Senior Lawyer 12 months faster than average.
