    During this period of my career my team's primary focus was to web-enable and extend the life of our legacy applications and also to build new applications. We developed, deployed, and supported .Net applications for Leave/Absence management, Time sheet entry, Benefit enrollment, Financials, Learning management, and other systems such as a real estate asset, project, and contract management. These system were built on top of ADABAS/Natural using a tremendous product called Shadow Direct which is still going strong and supported by Rocket Software. Other applications were built with .Net and SQL server.While many of these applications will replaced by Workday, these systems allowed us to extend the life our our legacy systems while the next generation of software was being built by companies such as Workday. Engaging our business stakeholders and bringing them add-on value was a very satisfying experience.During this period we also built a data warehouse with SQL server and SAP business objects which has been critical to empowering our business stakeholders.
