Analyze plant processes and design and implement improvements involving but not limited to A/B PLC programming, circuit design, wiring, FANUC robot programming, programming motor drives, and A/B HMI design. Supported machinery installations with electrical and control information as needed. Configured and tested Windows XP and Windows 7 PCs for use in material handling automation systems.

Tested and troubleshot electronics circuits used in control systems for canning manufacture. Analyzed circuit diagrams and circuit board layouts for key testing points and expected values. Designed and built test fixtures for testing procedures.
