About Mark Schwartz

Mark Schwartz has worked in technical education and publishing for over three decades. Starting in the electric utility industry in the 1980s he was responsible for the creation and distribution of videotraining as part of education projects in North America, Africa and Asia. In the 1990s he was in charge of a major software project in Quebec, Canada in the defense industry involving the creation of simulation software for private industry and universities. As a project manager for the BFE (Biofeedback Federation of Europe) from 1996 to 2010 he was responsible for over 50 international research and education project teams that created software & courseware on specific topics in neurofeedback, surface electromyography and biofeedback. Since 2010 he has assumed the responsibilities of the director of the BFE Learn from the Best program. This program is designed to improve continuing education in biofeedback both online and at regional, national and international events around the world.In this role, Mark has spoken at international and national conferences and led countless workshops on biofeedback.
