I am an experienced facilitator, educator, evaluator, and researcher helping organisations become more healthy, adaptable and humane. I am a director at Adaptive Evaluation, where our mission is to help organisations shape their cultures and ways of working through measurement and evaluation. I have worked in diverse settings through roles in government (state and federal), university, the community sector, and as an organisational consultant.I am also a social scientist with a background in educating and research. I have written on work security, educating for the future of work, and flexible work careers. My book, Making Career Stories (2017, Palgrave) is about how individuals make sense of their work careers in uncertain times.
