I am currently helping some of the largest industrial companies in the world digitalize their supply chains. As co-founder of e2log, I have been part of bring technology into a forgotten and neglected segment by building the Transportation Management Platform for Industrial Logistics. I am responsible for building the technology strategy, hiring the right team and creating the platform to help transform an industry along side of a group of supply chain futurists.

Successful startup from inception to strategic buyout. We built lending in the cloud! Along side an experienced team of forward thinking bank executives we brought to life the idea that a FinTech can help the little banks compete with the big guys. My job was to make our founders' dreams a reality by building the product from the ground up. I set the technology vision, built the development culture, hired the right team and executed the plan that got our cloud lending platform into the market. Our success led to our seed investment, partnerships with industry leading companies and ultimately a buyout from a strategic partner. Consulted with small businesses on Process Engineering, Custom Development, Project Management and overall IT Strategy. Introduced best practices to small businesses that increased productivity and reduced cost while helping them to hone in on impactful technical initiatives to support their business. Was hired to start a brand new development group in the company and grew with the company to ultimately direct the Drilling Management Applications (DMA) group of software engineering teams comprising 60+ people responsible for delivering real-time drilling data and analytics solutions with an annual budget greater than $7M. These solutions include a distributed cloud based data transport system for pulling real time data from drilling rigs (IoT), Big Data Analytics and Business Intelligence platform built on Tableau, advanced 3-D viewing applications, advisory systems for real-time drilling rig to office collaboration with AI/ML, mobile applications and many more. Responsible for crafting and implementing the company's Big Data Analytics vision beginning with a Data Warehouse/Tableau based solution into a Spark/Cassandra real time solution Re-architected and began the migration of a legacy monolithic system into a cloud native micro-service based architecture and creating private PaaS/IaaS Inherited a mission critical product stuck in development for 3 years and delivered it to production in 3 months  Created team based initiatives to improve engagement and job satisfaction. Those included 24 hour hackathons, renovation days, internal coding contests, “hit squads” for challenging problems and more. Oversaw the improvement and implementation of a Continuous Delivery pipeline that allowed us to go from 2 releases a month to 20+ releases a month Introduced new hiring practices and compensation evaluation into the organization that resulted in very low turnover Created an industry leading office to drilling rig collaboration tool that empowered drilling optimization centers to overcome their largest challenge Developed and maintained an advanced drilling application for office users that included real-time drilling data from multiple remote drilling around the world and provided advanced visualization including 3-D
