Responsible for the US experience of the Skrill Wallet. Collaborate with a cross functional team to define user needs and prioritize feature creation and adapting existing features to the US market. Worked with the Crypto team to discover user needs and expand capabilities for trading, defining the MVP for the world wide product as well as crypto-currency trading in the US. Facilitated design sprints, mentor junior designers, and worked on the creation of a formalized UX process for product discovery and delivery along with an expanded UX corporate structure to facilitate growth and career paths for the UX team.

Responsible for concept to completion of websites, mobile applications and prototypes for small to large businesses all over the US, utilizing various UX methodologies and techniques. Most recently I worked with a UX team at Volvo, and was tasked to create a prototype for user testing. This prototype was of the Volvo on Call app, created in Axure, and deployed via the Axure Share app for testing on iphones in the Volvo lab. I worked closely with the team to analyze user needs and translate them into a working prototype.I started as an outsourced freelance contractor, creating flash mobile interfaces for Nokia, Samsung, ATT and more. Once Flash died off, I adjusted from simple HTML/CSS driven websites to content management driven websites to now fully responsive sites utilizing mobile first technologies such as UIKit and Bootstrap.
