Responsible For:Forecasting and ordering the requirements for cabinets and parts based on historical sales data and information from external and internal sales.- Calculating stock requirements in Excel using v-lookups to gather data from reports run from SAP.- Working closely with suppliers from the UK, Europe, and China.Raising and maintaining purchase orders and item cards on SAP.Arranging the shipment of cabinets with the factory or separate transport companies.Managing stock queries from internal and external sales.Authorising supplier invoices and querying discrepancies with the supplier.

Responsible For:Auditing the customer owned stock in our warehouse and reconciling any differences.Raising orders to transfer cabinets into customer owned stock and completing the transfer on our ERP system Navision.Calculating and raising invoices, managing queries and producing reports for internal and external customers.Producing monthly reports in Excel for the Accounts department.- These included reports on commission due to customers, margin reports, and reports used by Accounts to calculate retrospective discounts.Solving basic IT queries from internal customers.
