Mr. Seals has spent the last twenty five years in various fields of finance. Having worked fifteen years with Bank of America in Charlotte, Mark was a Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group. His responsibilities included corporate bond trading and derivatives, and ultimately, risk management for the fixed income department.From 1997 until 2003, Mark was involved in the operation and financing of several privately held companies. His experience has ranged from the operation of a petroleum information company to CFO and venture financing for a rollout of an Internet direct marketing company. In 2004, he joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in their Atlanta office.At Morgan Stanley, Mr. Seals combines his extensive capital markets experience coupled with the knowledge gained in working with middle market business owners and private investors. As a financial advisor, he focuses on working with investors, families and private companies in the areas of investment and risk management, financial planning and wealth transfer. Mark is a member of the Morgan Stanley Alternative Investments Advisory Council and has been designated an Alternative Investment Director.Mark attended The Citadel receiving his B.S. in Business Administration. Upon graduation, Mark served four years in the United States Navy. Mark and his wife Kathy have two children. Mark is a native of Gainesville, Georgia, and resides there today.NMLS#: 1278791
