One of my notable achievements is leading the digitisation of services, ensuring staff training is conducted, coordinating efforts with stakeholders, and the systems and processes are inculcated into the daily operations of the service.In addition, I also undertake service reviews and assessments, develop digital optimization projects to improve efficiency and customer experience and assist the Waste Management Team with operational modelling data for service adaptations or interventions.
