On site manager & technical lead for a team of cabling engineers. Managing paperwork and time in an efficient manner, ensuring any corrective work is logged accordingly. Liaising directly with Clients ensuring access and work permits etc. are achievable on scheduled dates or re-scheduled to minimise downtime and impact on operations. Maintaining the integrity and continual operation of the network and support and respond to network outages. To train and develop both internal field engineering staff and be able to provide bespoke customer training as required

Responsible for conducting site surveys, liaising with customers and technical staff. Organising the workloads for the teams and ensuring the directors are kept up to date with the progress of various work streams. Working with equipment and cabling such as:-*IP access control*Wireless network installations*Cat 5e*Cat 6*Cat 6a*Fibre optics*Audio and voice installations.
