-Direct client contact to determine need and project scope-Oversee projects from conception to completion - coordinating with various owners, consultants, engineers and construction coordinators-Provide design, construction documentation and management for multiple simultaneous projects including, but not limited to: -tenant space build-out -hospital construction -major equipment installation -facility documentation -project presentation material for executive and client design development meetings.-Balance client needs and wishes with facility dedicated budgets-Create digital graphics and renderings for project proposal and philanthropy-Preliminary budget and timeframe estimates based on schematic design work for coordination-Design proposals for strategic planning-Facility Management -initializing and maintaining databases of information and drawings for approximately 2.8 million square feet-Space and area reporting for annual review and reimbursement-Initialize and maintain life safety documentation for hospital accreditation
