Responsible for sustaining business processes and processes impacted by data and systems. Serves as the central point for interface changes for systems and data. This position is also responsible for developing and executing process improvements, reporting and quality monitoring of processes, vendor relationships, and trading partner exchanges. Responsible for staff supervision, payroll, hiring, employee relations, and staff mentoring. May represent department in manager absence. Maintains an in-depth understanding of current project management application development methodologies, tools, and techniques (SDLC) for large sized projects. Provides project management for large sized projects, initiatives and applications. Provides support as projects and applications move through the process and post implementation. This includes: interface trouble shooting, vendor relations, issue tracking, communication to customers and opening incident tickets with developers for problem resolution. Oversees accuracy of department processes and policies by facilitating the development and execution of user acceptance scenarios and scripts for testing of system changes and enhancements; including the development and implementation of testing protocols and procedures. Gathers/develops and documents business requirements and functional mapping documents to support system enhancements. Evaluates and provides assistance and guidance to process owners and internal stakeholders in the planning and execution of process improvement activities including identifying suitable strategies, methodologies, and interventions necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Provides business intelligence solutions by turning data into useful and meaningful information so stakeholders can make timely and informed decisions.

Provide business and technical research, findings, and insight for small sized projects, initiatives and applications. Participate in team activities for assigned projects; applications including research, planning, analysis, risk assessment, quality assurance, documentation, communication and deployment. Evaluate implications for existing department and organization environment. Identifies opportunities for departmental process improvement. Identifies, tracks, and resolves issues.Provide support as projects and applications move through the process.Develop, executes, and provides feedback for basic queries and reports.Provide testing support as required.Serve as a consultant to other departments and ensures customer expectations are being met.
