Over the past 18 years at TLC Diversified my duties have included Chief Buyer, Draftsman, Senior Project Engineer, Equipment Manager, and Inventory Manager. I have worked extensively in Means and Method Review and Value Engineering. I have assisted the estimating, IT, Purchasing, Project Management, and any other department that needed my assistance. Currently I manage our in-house engineering department which reviews, processes and distributes all submittals, maintains all project files including submittal and RFI logs, prepares drawings, O&M manuals, close out documents, etc.. I have established procedure and policy for document management, established our cloud based file system (accessible to all field personnel, subs, and suppliers), streamlined processing and reporting, and continue to assist all departments.
