I have broad legal experience handling complex intellectual property litigation matters for clients of all sizes across various industries. My current position is partner and Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group at WilmerHale, as well as a member of the Management Committee. I have spent the last decade leading some of the most closely-watched and influential patent cases involving the world’s most prominent technology companies in a diverse array of technologies. I have represented clients in dozens of patent and other intellectual property cases in federal courts throughout the country and before the International Trade Commission, and have a keen understanding of multidisciplinary and multi-jurisdictional intellectual property disputes, often leading and coordinating parallel cases spanning the US, Europe and Asia.

I have represented many of Silicon Valley's most prominent companies in a diverse array of technologies, including wireless communications, electronic commerce, digital cameras, solid state disk drives, location sensing, biosensors, water and wastewater filtration, integrated circuits and angioplasty catheters.
