As a trainer for IBM/AT&T delivered sales, product, system, customer service, billing, and retention training to AT&T Call Center personnel. Training focused around VOIP applications, and the three screen technology of TV, Internet, and Wireless Devices. This training was delivered via class room setting, virtual or distance learning, and Web Based Training and facilitation. In many cases was called upon to creat ad hoc training as needed to meet objectives. The results of this training led to top performers across AT&T and specific requests from Call Center Directors for my training expertise.

Develop, design, implement, and deliver training for Charter Communications personnel across all divisions. Delivered results oriented Sales/Product training to Retail Call Center personnel and Charter Business (outside reps), and Telephony Sales Specialist. Training efforts in 1st and 2nd quarters 0r 2005 resulted in winning "The Essential Piece" Award for positive growth in markets trained.

Trained, coached, and motivated Screening Managers (outisde sales reps) in the Southeast markets of Norvergence. My responsibilities were daily field training and assessment of rep appointments to ensure that they delivered professional sales calls and presentations to customers. Field trained 22 calls per week with outside reps. Training efforts lead to a 10% increase in productivity in the Atlanta market.

Developed, designed, implemented, and delivered training for WorldCom personnel across all market segments. Primary focus is on sales skills trainingfrom call opening to close. Training tasks revolved around core products, telemarketing, prospecting, qualifying, proposal presentation,close, monitoring, and coaching reps in the field as well as on the telephone.
