I thoroughly enjoyed this highly visible and fast moving- Frontline lending sales role within the community representing National Australia Bank in Melbourne CBD.Based at 330 Collins Street, key focus of my role was to grow NAB home lending market share in the city and Central Suburbs, whilst striving to contribute to increasing customer satisfaction as an organisation. As a member of Central Acquisition and Alliance team Vic/Tas, I was required to source new business and build on existing customer relationships, sourcing effective referrals and lead generation. I generated a Solid Relationship with our referral partners ‘Tomorrow Finance’ and with support of their Management and Service Team, Worked out an Unbeatable Winning Formula to move forward utilising strong relationship building and interpersonal.In this Self-Managed Role, my primary focus was acquiring New Business for the Bank allowing me to use my past experience and knowledge. At times it required holistic approach, recommending broader reaching solutions that are specifically tailored to the customers' needs by Actively Referring them to Relevant Business Partners.Based on this Fantastic Experience with National Australia Bank, I Look forward to a more Challenging Opportunity.

Westpac is where I have aquired my lending Skills and I always am and will be Greatful of the training and support I got as an employee. This Job gave me Much needed Confidence, Identity and tools to be able to start my own Business as a Self Employed Mortgage Broker. I still use the Theories and Guidelines day in day out with a strong focus to put my Best foot forward and give my best without thinking of the Outcome.
