Following a global merger with Tyco, oversaw operations in this multi-bn- dollar technology company operating in over 150 countries, creating intelligent buildings, integrated infrastructure, efficient energy solutions, and next generation transport systems.Company Director responsible for P&L in Australia and NZ valued at US$290M, 1550 staff, covering fire and security, building controls, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, traffic and transportation, retail and residential security and fire monitoring. Additionally, I led relationship building with external stakeholders while guiding vital negotiations regarding M&A and joint ventures.Achievements include:• Executed strategic business restructuring in 2017, which led to 9% EBIT growth, following global merger creating a US $290M business in Pacific region.• Restructured sales, focus on key verticals, (Subscriber, Banking, Healthcare, Traffic, Education and Data centres); increased sales capacity with significant investment in training leading to 6% growth YOY in orders• Selected for global XLP, a 9-month accelerated strategic and critical thinking programme.• Implemented strategic business review in 2019 that increased service revenues by 18%, saw a 16% reduction in SG&A, improved return on sales to 19%, grew EBIT by 4%, and FCF of 101%.• Introduced digital transformation programme, as well as Six Sigma team that achieved 130% plan in FY19.• Driving innovation through technology working with Google and Microsoft, enhancing JCI platforms (JEM, CPO and Digital) and Implementing IOT tech into the residential business. • Improved gross margin by 14% in Q4 of FY19 by introducing programme of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures closing four in FY19 and three in early 2020.• Created partnership with Johnathan Thurston Academy to support indigenous community.• Championed various programmes such as for diversity and inclusion, mentoring and training, in addition to improved communications
