My approach to strategic planning, paired with practical execution, has consistently driven significant improvements in organizational performance.While at Cable and Wireless Plc in the UK, I spearheaded a service delivery division of 1,100 dedicated professionals through a comprehensive enterprise-wide transformation, driving £1.2 billion in revenue. At Tyco International, I successfully implemented turnaround strategies for two business units in the UK, before transferring to head up the Australian business. Later, as Vice President and Managing Director for the Pacific region at Johnson Controls, I managed a multifaceted US$300 million business across the Pacific and parts of Asia, demonstrating my capacity to navigate deftly, complex environments.Transitioning into consultancy and interim roles has broadened my horizons even further, providing me with valuable insights into various founder-driven businesses.
