We have over 60 active implants accounts growing year on year with a total sales revenue of $XX M. We have an aggressive sales and marketing plan in place for 2016 that will result in significant revenue growth and market share gain. Responsible for product launches and marketing strategies.

In January 2014 I was promoted to Executive Territory Manager for Ireland in our electrophysiology division. Boston Scientific acquired two EP companies over the last 12 months and is now introducing some of these new technologies into Ireland. As the Executive TM for Ireland my role includes the tradional TM responsibilities along with an added responsibility of creating and executing an aggressive sales and marketing plan in 2014 for Ireland. I’m also solely responsible for the forecasting and reporting of the Ireland Sales and Marketing updates.

In August 2009 I was promoted to Territory Manager for Ireland in CRM & EP. Due to the limited market share at the time the main aim of this role was to drive the sales/growth of the CRM business through focused sales/marketing calls and the provision of a long term sales and marketing plan in coordination with the Irish Manager. This was achieved by strategically forging new relationships with hospital consultants and procurement with the best sales potential. This resulted in building long term business partners with these customers. In this position I’m responsible for the elaboration and the execution of the CRM & EP sales plan as well as the planning and implementation of new product launches. In order to excel as a territory manager I focus a great deal of energy on the clinical and technical aspects of my role. These include attending implants and follow ups to highlight to the physician my clinical excellence. This ensures that they are confident in my knowledge and expertise which I believe gives me the edge over my competition whilst at the same time building a very strong relationship with the customer

Ireland

I began working with Boston Scientific as a Senior Clinical Specialist in September 2008. After completing the internal certification, which included practical and written examinations, I was given the responsibility of training our CRM customers across Ireland on the implant technique and follow up of Boston Scientific’s ICDs and pacemakers. I also attended our ICD and BiV implants to assist the physician with implant techniques, kit selection and troubleshooting problems.

I was working in the area of clinical application with the company Oxygen Care (Distributor for GE Healthcare) in Dublin. My main area of work was in anaesthesia, monitoring and ultrasound. I worked very closely with the sales team in setting up and applying sales demonstrations and the installation of all new equipment. My sole responsibility was the training of all staff members and customers on the clinical, practical and safe use of the equipment. I also set up new courses and training guidelines of all internal and external staff.
