Nowadays I manage the Itamsys Service team which is composed of first level support for all our clients and an implementation team. I’m often called upon to handle ‘complex’ projects. Anglo/American perfectly bilingual and at ease in international contexts and launching new products.My focus is to constantly aim for customer satisfaction which from my perspective is the only way to be in a win/win situation and ensure that our clients and partners collaborate over the years. Wingoo-Solutions is a spin off of ITAMSYS.The idea behind Wingoo-Solutions is to provide medium sized companies SaaS solutions normally only available to larger companies. These solutions focus solely on the IT department.
