•Identify and coordinate improvements in the operations area necessary to meet commitments for plant and cost targets. Manage the Indianapolis Zone Operations Team and partner with the Zone Sales Team to deliver Sales Plan for central Indiana. The Operations team consists of 1 Facilities Manager, 4 Warehouse Leads, 1 MMU and 34 team members. Accountabilities include achieving Individual, Team, Zone, and Region goals and KPM’s. Responsible for a fleet of 144 delivery trucks, the Indianapolis Distribution Center and 5 remote Warehouse Facilities across Indiana. Support the Zone Sales Team through Supply Chain and Product Supply issues and help lead “go to market” change initiatives. Also function as the Region Safety Manager for Sales Operations.

Manage a team of 10 Resources and 11 Administrative Assistants. Ensure that Resources and Teams within the business unit are developed and accountable for achieving individual, team and business unit goals. Seek out and implement best practices. Work closely with upstream suppliers and downstream internal customers to deliver expected results. Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects that support multiple teams. Demonstrate senior leadership behaviors and skills. Conduct formal presentations including business review meetings. Conduct formal training. Provides support on all shifts.

Responsible for implementation of Supply Chain initiatives for 17 Distribution Centers and 2 Plants. Work with both plants and distribution centers to reduce Days on Hand and improve freshness in the Region. Developed tracking tools and scorecards to report out results to ZOM's, Leads, RBT, ZSL's, and Plant SCO teams.
