The Architectural Nexus HQ project has also received version 4 LEED platinum certification and is only the third building in the world to have achieved the highest level of LEED version 4 certification, and it was due to Mark's dedication and vision for a project that defied comparison until it was complete. The project also received ENR’s Best of the Best Project award for Best Green Project. Mark is quiet but direct in his communication and has a confident control of tense meetings in driving teams toward solutions and meeting tough timelines.
