I worked across two sales campaigns during my time at Channel Assist, both of which offered different challenges and were equally valuable experiences. The first campaign I was a part of was SONOS (October - January). This role involved managing the SONOS campaign for the store I was working in. I ensured that customers were up to speed with the ultimate music experience for the home that SONOS can provide. I also spent time getting to know the customer and how they listened to music at that time to make knowledgeable recommendations on which speaker may be best for them to purchase. The second campaign I was a part of, was the Panasonic TV campaign (January - August). This involved me selling Panasonic TV's and managing the Panasonic account within the store; my role was to ensure revenue is exceeding target every week where possible (and if it not, my role was to analyse why this may have been the case to ensure the issue is eradicated). The store that I worked in had the highest Panasonic revenue figures of any John Lewis in the country, this is something I am proud of; however I am always looking to improve in any way possible.
