My major responsibilities and duties are to serve as a Technical / Task Lead within a team which provide technical and market research, support and follow-on technical assistance to serve and support the NAVY INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM OFFICE, NAVSEA SEA 21 PMS 326 for Defense Military Articles to NATO, Foreign Military Allie compliant countries. Providing Special Operations Equipment, Electro Optics, Weapon Accessories, Visual Augmentation Systems, Thermal, Night Vision Devices, and other Materials described as requirements. I serve as the primary point of contact within NSWC Crane to our program office in assisting with the case execution of Letters of Requests and Letter of Acceptance for mission essential, mission critical requirements to ensure that our customers requirements have all of the detailed information defined for their case development, acceptance, implementation, and execution. As a Letter of Request / Offer / Acceptance for transfer in the Foreign Military Sales program which specifies or defines the terms and conditions of the agreement between governments ( US / NATO / Allie ). Once these terms and conditions are received and approved for transfer by the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, DSCA / State Department then defense articles, services, to NATO, and other Allies which fall under Other International Approved Countries, may consist of Special Operation Equipment's, hardware, software, spares, repair, engineering and logistics support, publications and training. These requirements leave no aspect of a system acquisition for neglect. The requirements for weapon platforms, combat systems, armament, shall be from cradle to grave, to ensure the deployment, operation, maintenance, warranties are overseen. Acquisitions are performed through the Defense Logistics Agency Tailored Logistics Support Program Contract for fair and equitable competition, in which oversight for the mission requirement are performed.

As the Project Task Lead, I have been deligated the responsibility, and authority for all cost, schedule, delivery, and tasking for Army Aviation Control Display Systems Program through the NSWC Crane Project Mangament Program, and the Depot Maintenance Interservice Agreement (DMISA) NAVSEA 0501AAEJ. My Purpose: To hold high standards of the responsibility and authority for all costs, schedule, and tasking associated to the support of the Program Executive Offfice Armed Scout Helicopter Program 'Kiowa" and NSWC Crane i.a.w. NSWCCRANEINST 5223.2B / and DMISA NAVSEA 0501AAEJResponsibilities and Authorities: I'm responsible for the task completion, and delivery of DMISA Mission Essential / Critical Requirements i.a.w. applicable laws, instructions, Command / Department / Division policies and processes. Purpose: Serving as a Requiring Technical Authority these duties oversee the Technical Instruction to the Seaport-e Contract(s) in assisting the Governments Contract Officer Representative in developing and maintaining project input to the Division providing real time modifications to the Contractual Requirments defined in the written Statement of Work definitions.The following are but not limited too:Serve as the Technical Resource for Technical Instruction RequiremensPrepare Statement of Work including all written required documentationfor the CLIN's SLIN's to support the Period of Performance for the Contract.Track / Monitor / Respond to Contractual Deliverables.To examine funding and validate that the funding identified is available for accurate appropiation to fund the Contracts' Period of Peformance.Revise / Ensure Technical Instructions are periodically examined for accuracy.Interface with the Contracting Officer Representative for accurate personnel service requirements.Conduct Contractor Performance Appraisals and Reviw (CPARS) evaluations when applicable.
