Mark’s legal practice focuses on real estate, Elder Law - wills, Durable Powers of Attorney and medical directives, as well as inheritance and probate law.Mark earned his law degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1983. He graduated with distinction from George Washington University (BA in Political Science). Mark is a member in good standing of The Israel Bar Association and served as a Judge for over twenty years on the Bar Association's Disciplinary Tribunal.Working with Forensic Genealogists, Mark has developed special expertise in locating and registering “forgotten” property (property purchased during the time of the British Mandate in Palestine), and previously unknown to the legal heirs. Mark is also an Israeli notary. For over 35 years, Mark has volunteered with ALYN Hospital, Pediatric and Adolescent Rehabilitation Center in Jerusalem. ALYN is one of the world's leading specialists in pediatric rehabilitation and the only facility of its kind in Israel.  Mark has served as a member of the hospital’s Board of Directors for over a decade and for the past nine years as Chairman of the Friends of Alyn Association. http://www.alyn.org/Mark is also a volunteer diver at the new Israel Aquarium in Jerusalem.
