Leverages the Business Intelligence Tools of Microsoft to transform client transactional data into multi-dimensional data for cubes used in their reporting. Transactional data is stored in SAP Open Hub tables and is loaded in to the SQL tables via the Integration Services of SQL Server. The SQL Server Integrations Services is also used to process data and update SQL Server Analysis Services cubes users use as data for their reporting.

Created user forms using Visual Basic for Applications in Microsoft Access to automate their reporting process as well automate the monitoring of key metrics that are used in the transactions of HR, Finance, and Operations as well as chargeability of benched resources. Developed code that will automatically format data exported into Microsoft Excel from the Microsoft Access database. Supervised status report reviews so as to align the team’s direction and priority of tasks as well as to check if the team is on the right track. Performed collaborative analysis, code modification and database design as required meeting the change requests from the end users.

Responsible for the data mining via Cognos Report Studio for the data to be used in the Global Reports. Created queries via Cognos Report Studio for ad hoc reports as well for the update of current reports. Served as a Focal Point in collating data from other Focal Points in different countries. Took part in training other countries that are new to the Shell Network Planning System. Automated the reports for the Center of Excellence Analyst Templates.
