I have spent the majority of the last 36 years working in the product development and manufacturing arena for mid-size to fortune 500 medical device companies. With a grateful heart, I have had the opportunity to serve at the senior level (Director) within the design, process, quality, and reliability engineering disciplines. I have held several rewarding positions throughout my career, serving an A-List of medical device and Biotech companies throughout the country. I have worked diligently throughout my career with the same drive and passion I have for life, successfully acquiring the knowledge, experience, and expertise needed to allow me to give back to the medical device community. I am a partner of 16:3 Ministries founded by Brother Scott Gaddis.

Lead QA Engineer responsible for ensuring all design control(s) were identified relative to CFR part 21 (820.30- Design Controls) for a state-of-the-art electroporation, electro-mechanical device used in combination with a biologic that was on target to cure skin cancer in 3-5 years. Responsibilities include risk management, Identifying high risk components and setting up the supplier base to mitigate risk through robust supplier qualification activities. Duties also included championing NCR/MRB root cause analysis and corrective action(s) to resolve subsequent issue(s). Responsible for approval of all electrical and mechanical test protocols for pre-DV.
