Mark has held multiple leadership positions at early stage and lower middle market high-growth companies.His experience includes P&L management, budgeting, partnership management, sales operations, fundraising, pitch deck preparation, and employee lifecycle management including recruitment and retention and employee development. Mark has extensive experience working closely with board members and peer executives to drive outcomes consistent with company goals.Mark’s most recent position was with a tech-enabled services company, which he joined with the mandate of enhancing operations across the company to improve performance and maximize exit valuation, leading to a 9-figure exit within three years.Previously, Mark was COO of a technology company providing ecommerce solutions to the brick-and-mortar grocery industry. The company operated in both the United States and Australia, and Mark adeptly navigated cultural differences, time zones, and travel across locations.Mark completed an MBA at the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor in 2014. Prior to that, he was a securities and M&A lawyer in New York City.
