• Conducted statistical analyses of implementation data from a teacher mentoring program that serves five of the largest school districts across the nation, which gave clients insight into program areas that were in need of improvement. • Designed and managed a Microsoft Access database used for storing school, teacher, and student data collected over three years from 47 districts across the country, improving both data tracking and accuracy in end of study outcomes. • Independently conducted a longitudinal analysis of a dataset encompassing all secondary students in the state of Virginia over a five year period which examined the relationship between pathways in math education and high school graduation.• Led a team of programmers through the processing and cleaning of over 20,000 student assessments by designing protocols, templates, and timelines resulting in on time completion and turnaround for the next round of administration. • Skillfully used STATA statistical software to clean and analyze data across numerous nationwide projects, producing statistics and visuals for reporting to clients and grant requirements. • Trained and supported five external partners through various study activities including collection of raw education data, survey administration, and student test administration. • Supported the Data Services committee by recommending structural changes to the programming and quality assurance procedures disseminated to quantitative staff.
