A seasoned entrepreneur and executive with deep experience in sales, international markets, and rapid global expansion. Co-founded and developed TCC, the world`s largest provider of loyalty solutions, such as supermarket loyalty cards and frequent shopper programmes. Generated £8billion in sales in 24 years. Out of the 53 countries TCC operates in, I opened and developed business in 42 of them working with 27 of the world’s top 50 retailers e.g. Tesco, Carrefour, Spar, 7Eleven & Metro.This was accomplished by listening to and understanding the needs of clients then fulfilling them in the most effective and enjoyable way. Preparation, Communication, Delegation, Education and Recognition was my foundation for Leadership. At this stage it was necessary to restructure my division into three separate divisions allowing me to continue developing new markets. -

I built my third new team of 28 people and developed the business in Greece, Cyprus, Israel, Germany, Finland and Chile. In several of these countries I had to lobby Governments to change archaic laws prohibiting our programmes to be run. Continued to grow sales from £24million to £73million per annum.During this period, I also created a new division in loyalty programmes which focussed on sports and entertainment. We gained licensing rights with brands such as Disney, FIFA, Warner Brothers to name a few. This new division now accounts for 20% of all TCC business to date. -

Continued to grow sales from £9million to £24million per annum. Whilst in Hong Kong, I saw the opportunity to start TCC Sourcing Division, which supplies goods and services to our global business. This improved our net profit margin significantly. -

Developed a team of 16 people. Grew sales from zero to £9million per annum. I addition to this, I had to engage and develop supplier partnerships with various companies needed to support our rapid growth.
