I led the commercial and operations functions for the Enterprise division of Arq Group. This spanned the gamut of customer engagement including sales operations, contract administration, resourcing, billing, planning and forecasting.I was also part of the Enterprise Leadership Team. Working with and for the Managing Director of Enterprise, we set the strategy, built and implemented the business plan, and held accountability for the performance of Enterprise.

Outware has designed and developed some of Australia's most popular apps including AFL Live (iOS & Android), Seek (iOS), ANZ Grow Money and Coles Mobile Wallet. Over half of Australian mobile users use an app developed by Outware. In June 2015, Outware became part of the Melbourne IT Group.I was responsible for all aspects of finance from management reporting and FP&A, to compliance and transaction processing. Outware ran a lean finance team of three and I had the assistance of a very capable management accountant and assistant accountant.Three key achievements in this position were:- Management of the commercial, legal, financial and tax due diligence of the transaction with Melbourne IT- With the Head of HR and one of the three Directors, leading the executive group of ten through a process of developing a two year strategic plan- Developing and implementing detailed weekly project reporting based on timesheet data

Experian is a global company listed on the London Stock Exchange. Experian Australia provides data, analytical and marketing services to enable organisations to make and execute better business decisions.The focus of my role from July 2011 was on external compliance (statutory account and income tax return preparation) and management of the financial audit. During this time I recruited and managed a team of two qualified accountants.Between January 2009 and June 2011 my focus was on business partnering with direct relationships to managers of sales business units. This involved monthly sales and EBIT forecasting, annual budget preparation and hands on month end close reporting.Three key achievements from this position are:- Developing a monthly management reporting pack used by the leadership team in Australia & New Zealand- Being hand picked for a six week UK head office secondment to migrate group wide financial data from a legacy reporting system to a new global financial package- Leading the Melbourne accounting team of ten through the migration to a Hyperion reporting system
