My achievements include:Achievements include:- Reduced energy consumption by 12% ($250,000+/pa) on the sites largest electrical motor and reduced propylene losses by 53% by developing and implementing supervisory control system on a distillation column. This project involved no capital expenditure. - Decreased unloading time of hydrocarbon road imports by 13% and improved reliability by up to 79%. - Debottlenecked propylene pipeline imports by developing a hydraulic model, analysing data, and conceptualising and implementing an alternative equipment design. - Reduced reactor recycle stream by 40% and reducing the need for reprocessing.
