Delivering increased PMO capacity whilst holding costs flat.• Took ownership and responsibility for GBM business restructuring programme reporting following the sudden departure of the incumbent team, developed new reporting and processing capabilities to markedly improve reporting performance.• Delivered the GBM vision for Change Management Investments and Governance.• At HSBC Securities Services, consolidated five separately managed PMO teams into a single PMO Service Unit driving standardisation, process alignment and automation delivering enhanced sustainability, capacity and economies of scale.• Successfully managed the Securities Services IT budget to within 0.2% of target for three successive years.• In 2012 successfully designed and delivered the HSBC Securities Services Olympics Risk Mitigation Programme with the goal of ensuring no disruption to critical bank services during the games.• Off-shored the Securities Services London User Administration and Audit team to Kolkata generating on-shore capacity and reducing costs.• Replaced an aging reconciliation system with TLM SmartStream for the Global Custody Agency Stock reconciliations delivering robust and reliable tooling.• Rolled out Agency Lending programme capabilities into Asia enabling the expansion of the lending business to the Asia customer base.• Whilst at WestLB AG, commissioned and completed the first independent penetration test of the London infrastructure, assessing resilience to cyber-crime. Resulted in significant improvement in cyber-crime awareness and closed identified system vulnerabilities.
