Communicate with Senior Analysts, ERP Consultants, and Technical Leads and serve as one of two Administrators for the company’s ERP system that supports approx. 120 concurrent desktop users and 50 handheld/wearable scanner users across 5 divisions and 8 geographic locations. Additionally, I:۩ Act as a liaison between IT and the Business to implement the system at a total of five divisions related to Wholesale and Manufacturing, LED and Portable Lighting Distribution, and Cheyenne Products Distribution. ۩ Engage in the full cycle implementation process from discovery, design, data migration, piloting, and training to “go live.” ۩ Partner with Operations to shift business objectives and streamline processes that allow for the appropriate allocation of inventory shipments and accurate tracking of shipments using handheld/wearable scanners.۩ Collaborate with the eCommerce, Sales and Finance Teams to develop simplified processes to track sales budget forecasting and performance and inventory at various company locations using Crystal Reports. ۩ Provide the IT Manager and Data Manager with data needed for X3 and work in collaboration to populate data fields not currently used / break up legacy fields as needed, import, and validate the data. ۩ Write and maintain technical documentation and utilize Crystal reports to create custom reports from a variety of data sources. ۩ Create real-time dashboards (viewed on 50” monitors) showing warehouse performance metrics and work left for the day using Sage Enterprise Intelligence.

Additionally, I: ۩ Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, document technical systems specifications, and conduct systems process analysis on available data. ۩ Served as a backup administrator for the stylecraftonline.com website and supported the company’s digital strategy by maintaining its online presence.۩ Collaborated with the Development Team and deployed the system on a .NET platform. ۩ Created and utilized a market software designed to display the company’s latest inventory and utilized analytics and SEO tactics to increase online sales. ۩ Assisted in the design of a user-friendly software that allowed customers in the showroom to enter orders in real time using a tablet. ۩ Additionally, responsible for the troubleshooting of PC’s providing MS Office support for additional applications such as Crystal Reports and document management tools such as Doc-Link.
