Responsible for Sales (P & L) Development of Mobile Application Business Area in UK and Ireland. Responsible for leadership and management of all supportive functions and provision of Customer Service.In line with market and business requirements, achieved cultural change to more of a proactive market/sales development team with ability to withstand VUCA issues. Year on year growth, above market growth, by provision of solutions and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Management of all operational areas attached to added value Systems & Engineering work (Hydraulic Projects and Power Unit production). Team of 50 associates in Engineering, Design, Production & Production Control, Service, Contract & Project Management.

Management of Business Development, Marketing Functions & Distribution/Sector Development Teams. Responsible for data and information management and tasked with creating more effective sales resource alignment strategies - utilising CRM, segmentation and pipe line processes.

Sales (P & L) Development for Linear Bearing Division. Responsible for management of external sales team . Created new 'Sales Team' & culture from two separate teams. Introduced data/facts based proactive effort alignment approach and introduced new Sales Training concepts (non technical and non transactional). Positive Sales Revenue development above market achieved year on year. Developed new supply models (multi million pound customer) who is still spending with us today. Developed new Sales Partner (distribution) network.

Responsible for developing sales of a newly introduced (zero sales and market penetration before my employment) product range into UK & Ireland. No direct reports initially but this developed and management of small (3 associates) design/production team was also undertaken as part of function. Automation & Production SectorsConvinced UK based organisation of potential attached to new product range. As Product Manager - Defined a new 'Sales Strategy' based around consultation/provision of added value. Set up adding value production in UK (small scale, but necessary). Led by example to sell to key target accounts and achieved year on year sales/result development.

After a five year technical apprenticeship at this specialist bearing manufacturer, I was involved in a number of technical functions/areas. Design & technical calculations were key aspects attached to initial roles. However, my communication and soft skills were quickly deployed into direct customer interfacing functions.
