Engineering Site Supervisor
CurrentThe site management of all M&E building services and in house engineering staff.Responsible for producing and scheduling the monthly PPM tasks across the Aylesbury, Milton Keynes and Amersham Lloyds Banking Group sites.Responsible for the labour planning for a team of six engineers.The filing of all maintenance records and legislation documentation.Responsible for the purchasing and ordering of all materials, parts and consumables.To ensure correct disposal of hazardous waste.The preparation of electrical and mechanical quotes for presentation to the client.The planning, implementation and leading of large projects to include the installation of fibre optics, CAT5e and telephone cabling and the provision of all new electrical services.To attend weekly office move planning meetings and monthly work progress meetings with the client.The co-ordination of all electrical power downs to enable essential maintenance to be carried out in all computer suites and offices.Responsible for the Permit to Work system employed on site to enable all Mitie sub-contractors to work in a safe and competent manor.Responsible for the inspection of all engineers PPE and to carry out checks and inspections of all ladders, scaffolds, etc. for entry in the ladder register.To monitor and control the water hygiene and treatment logs.To carry out PPM and reactive work duties and to attend breakdowns on a call out rota.To assist in the testing of fire alarm and sprinkler systems throughout the sites.
