• Oversee and Manage the Supply Chain across 6 DC & 4 Integrated Service providers.Duties include:
• Maintain close cross functional stakeholder management.
• Lead the team of Control Tower Services,
• Facilitate and coordinates all transportation procedures according to SOPs aligned with customers' requirements are delivered and maintained.
• Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives to benefit both customers and company
• Review and analysis the operations data and performance to prepare monthly management reports with sound recommendations to management and customers

LMP - Operations

• Responsible for Base Oil: Optimization, Alignment, Storage and Utilization for the Lubricant Manufacturing Plants Production process.
• Responsible for International Group Sourcing of all Raw Materials
• Local Sourcing of Packaging, Additive, Buyouts and Subcontracting
• Responsible for Mass Balance of the Lubricant Manufacturing Plant
• Responsible for Lubricant Manufacturing Plant meeting their annual Blending Volume in line with the Lubricants Roadmap Volume Target
• Planning of LMP manufacturing and supply of all Total’s Lubricants to: ISP, Affiliates, CT/JHB Airport operations, Lube Marine, 7 x Warehouses in SA

• Review policies and procedures to improve employee and system efficiency.
• Co-ordinate and prioritise policies and procedures (business, system and HSEQ) of various projects to address identified business needs within the required time frames.
• Communicate new and amended policies and procedures to all employees to increase awareness and application thereof.
• Assist in implementing Group best practice, administration audits and make recommendations to correct identified deviations from operating standards at the depots.
• Conduct system compliance reviews on SAP / MRP for all Depots, ISP’s and Warehouse’s.
