I manage client relationships for DDI, a leading provider of science-based leadership solutions, with a focus on healthcare providers, healthcare insurance, and energy/manufacturing. I work with senior HR stakeholders to design and deploy leadership development, leadership assessment, and succession management programs.Many of my clients need to get leaders ready faster in an environment where time, resources, and budgets have never been more scarce, yet the need for better leaders has never been greater. This means we need to find new ways to develop leaders that are more scalable and efficient. DDI has designed our solutions with those exact needs in mind.
