Mark has been operating within the General Insurance Industry for many years, originally commencing in Australia and moving to Asia in 1995. A general depth of experience was gained through various senior management postings throughout Australia and Country Management positions in Asia . Leadership appointments in Underwriting and Broking provided a focus upon M&A, restructuring of business models including P&L responsibility, development of new distribution channels, Bancasurance, creating and advising on Facilities plus Affinity segments including Structured Portfolio Solutions (SPS). Mark is an Australian Insurance Institute qualified professional with also Insead (Fr), Henley (UK) and other known Executive Business Management training .Mark is currently the Head of Affinity & SPS for Aon Asia, an Executive on the Aon Affinity Global committee and a member of the Asian Executive Leadership team .
