• Management and agreement of change control in accordance with the time frames and procedures under the NEC contracts utilising contract administration portal CEMAR with the client and Conject with 2nd tier suppliers
• Submission and agreement of main contract applications along with assessment of corresponding applications from 2nd tier suppliers ensuring costs are claimed in accordance with the Commercial Principles contained in.
• Preparation and submission of forecasts and Cost Value Reconciliation financial reports to Mace directors.
• Management of Risks and Opportunities across the project including input into risk reduction meetings with the clients team.
